I'm still a bit confused about the I864A. My mother is the primary sponsor as she is the petitioner and I'm a joint sponsor. My husband and I file taxes jointly. I make sufficient income to sponsor the immigrant alone. Does my husband still need to file the I864A and he check off that he is related to the sponsor as spouse?

Also when it asks for for income. Do I use my mother's adjusted gross income on line 7 which is really low or can do I put her total income which includes her non taxable social security?
