The events are as follow: -

11/09/18 - filed for AOS

12/18/18 - biometric done

05/05/19 - my wife requested for divorce and i sent me out of the house while going through divorce process

05/10/19 - USCIS shows RFE sent for both I-130 (petitioner) and I-485 (applicant). My wife told me they were not delivered at her address.

05/14/19 - i did change of address for myself (applicant)

05/25/19 - i used e-request to request for another copy of RFE for I-485. This was not sent

07/20/19 - our divorce case was dismissed at the court after we reconciled.

08/10/19 - she relocated to live with me

08/12/19 - i did change of address for my wife (applicant)

08/14/19 - i used e-request to request for another copy of RFE for I-130 (petitioner). This was not sent

The USCIS status still remains as it was since 05/10/19. What can i do as the 90 deadline of rfe submission is over??

If I'm understanding your post...from May 25th through August 14th, you never followed up at all regarding the request for the RFE to be resent?

I know you and your wife made up....did you ever contact USCIS about withdrawing the i-130 while your marriage had broken down?  This is also an important piece of info to know...

At this point, I would strongly suggest calling USCIS and speaking with a L2 officer about your case status.

She called USCIS while we were going through the divorce. But after we came together, we called them again explained to them we are back together, their reply was that the divorce we're going through was not documented since it was not finalized. And she said we have exceeded the rfe deadline but the USCIS Missouri will send us another copies of the rfe because of the e-request I made for the missing rfe.

After 6 weeks of the call, yet to receive anything nor change in USCIS status.

You need to call them again to follow up.
