I haven’t been on here for a while and I’m still working on getting documents and other evidence together for my k1 visa paperwork. For the declaration of how we met, can I just write handwrite this up and have my fiancée sign it or does she have to write one up as well? I’m trying to make this as simple as I can for her and I’m hoping I can just do this for both of us, but I’m not sure if the uscis will accept just one declaration statement from both of us. I do know that we both have to do our own letters of intent. Right now she is still working on getting her paperwork done to get her birth certificate updated since that will be needed as well. And she still has to get her police certificate as well from when she worked in Saudi Arabia for about 3 years. She is from the Philippines and their mail system is very slow. But my main question is about whether or not I can do the declaration of how we met for both of us or does it have to be separate. This is definitely a long process trying to get documents and paperwork together.
