Hi @Dipo Congratulations, do you mind sharing why do you need I-106 was it for immigrant or non-immigrant visa???? i had my F4 interview and CO asked me to get a I-601 as well. Did you have to prove the 
"Extreme Hardship"???? Thanks and much appreciate your help and insight.

It's for immigrant visa and I got the i601 because I overstay my last visa, and I had to prove extreme for my family .

Thanks for the quick reply. I am in the same situation. Do you mind sharing your experience and some tips on how did you establish your "Extreme Hardship"???? did you do it yourself or did you hire a lawyer???? Thankful for any insight tip.

I did it myself, I don't believe in lawyer, and it all about doing some research on some approved letters on this site and other site like immigrate2us. And give it some backup evidences. But you must be positive minded

Congratulations!

It is my understanding that you will be contacted by your US embassy to schedule your new visa interview. I have heard that this can take longer than the month is supposed to, so you might contact them instead of waiting.

 

Can you advise what date you filed your I-601 waiver and if you had any delays (RFE, etc) in processing?

Priority date was December 5ft 2018, and i dont have any rfe and i did it all by myself

Hello Dapo, I was find inadmissible and the consulate asked me to file I-601 to prove extreme hardship for my family. Could you pls tell how to go about it? And do you mind to share your copies excluding your  personal information. Here is my email address: gadekunle58@yahoo.com.Thanks
