I would call the clerk and ask what the process is for correcting it and an estimated time frame. If its going to be a huge issue and take an excessive amount of time then you may be better off sending the incorrect certificate in your packet and updating it when you get it corrected. You may not even get an RFE for it being incorrect because as stated by others I do not believe USCIS will see the age is off as they tend to only look at the DOB and names and if its certified. Even if they dont notice you should send a corrected document.
