Lost passport and visa while AOS pending

Hi, 

 

i just want to know if anyone of you experienced the same?

 

i have a pending i485 and i130 based on marriage on a U.S citizen (c9)..

 

someone stole my bag with the said passport inside..

 

i'm currently on the 5th month and i also have my EAD card on hand..

 

any insights?

B2 visa.. i will be filing passport but mine will take 3 to 4 months

A replacement Philippines passport doesn't take that long,  maybe 4 to 6 weeks

But it's lost passport and appointment is taking forever

Are you sure?  Which consulate as the ones I looked at are walk-in 

 

LA is about the only one requiring appointment.   San Francisco is walk-in

Yes, effective March 2019, PCG Los Angeles only accepting by appointment only. :( i'm trying to contact San Francisco office but no to avail..

No need to contact in advance,  you walk in during open hours.  Follow the flow chart provided on the SFO website

The instructions are not clear,  another section on SFO website has an appointment system for passport.   Maybe they do require
