221g for New Joint Sponsor

I had my visa interview today and Visa Officer gave me 221g and asked New Joint Sponsor.I check my Visa Status and it’s refused.  I already have my dad and a joint sponsor whose income was well qualified for the poverty guidelines.Can someone plz tell me why they asked for the New Joint Sponsor and where do i have to submit the form I-864 and tax returns for the New Joint Sponsor. On the drop of location i have selected or on the CEAC website? Thanks

I'm planning to have a joint sponsor too. What is the jobs of your joint sponsor?
