Welcome letter sent by NVC never delivered.

When I query at Ask NVC inquiry form, they replied telling that NVC send me Welcome letter on 24 January, 2019 and I can login to ceac site, check my case status, register my email address, etc. But unfortunately  welcome letter sent by NVC never delivered containing NVC case number and invoice ID. Which I need for login at ceac site and check my Visa status. How can I get my NVC case number and invoice id?

Call and Ask them

Trying....no luck...no operator pick up... just hold music for half an hour

Typical, Try first thing in the morning as soon as they open.  Wait times are usually much better

Thanks a lot for your response... after 40 min holding the phone actually I have got my case number and invoice id 😁
