Affidavit of support form question

Hi,

We got NOA2 a week ago and we have been already collecting documents for the interview and for the affidavit of support form. My fiance's income is way above the "poverty line" so I was thinking do we also need to prove all his assets, mortgages etc. anyway? I would love to minimize the paperwork since we both are really busy.. I have all the info for the form, but we just haven't collected "the proof" for the assets and mortgages.

I did not when I went through this step.  No need to disclose assets if income alone far exceeds the requirement IMO.

Good Luck!

No need to disclose assets if you have income far above the poverty line.
