under the Form Filing Tips section link below, one of the bullets says: If filing multiple forms, write your name, date of birth, and A-Number (if any) exactly the same way on each form.

Does that mean I have to write with ink some where in the first page of the form my name, date of birth etc?

Also, the supporting documents get attach to each form on the back or can I submit supporting documents in a bundle and let them serve for all forms?

I am submitting forms I-485, I-130, I-785, I-130A, and I-864

it seems that some of the supporting documents are the same for each form noted above.

Applications are separated so you cannot rely on evidence submitted in one that is required by the others.   They need to stand alone

YMMV
