Can't see case in account after filling N400 online

Hi, there

 

Not sure if I'm alone...

 

I filed N400, then can't find it afterward. When I explore my account, got lots of "500 Error"s.

Question 1: will I receive a paper notice of acceptance if I filled online?

Question 2: I heard that the biometrics appointment can be scheduled in as soon as 3 weeks. If I can check the status online, how can I make sure I won't miss the appointment information?

Ans 1 - You will receive the paper notice of acceptance even if you file online. (usually takes a week - 10 days).

Ans 2 - Yes, in our case, Biometrics appointment is scheduled within 3 weeks from the date of filing online. You will also receive separate letter in mail for that which you also have to take along at the appointment. 

 

About that error, it seems kind of a server issue and has nothing to do with your application or account. Keep checking. You can find more info at this link 

 

 

Meanwhile you can try opening your account in different browsers.

Thank you, but what if it has been 3 month since filled the application online? Nothing at all from USCIS

Yes, we have tried everything from our end, different browsers, clearing cookie...

If it has been 3 months, I would strongly suggest that you contact them over the phone if you haven't done already. Also maybe schedule an appointment at your local USCIS office and go there personally with your documents in hand.
