is stenosis of spine considered a hard ship??

hello out there in visa journey land...I have a question hoping somebody can help me out...soon I will be starting on 601a process for my wife soon...and trying to figure out if stenosis 0f the spine would be considered for my hardship letter on my behalf...to my understanding the American citizen has to write the hardship letter..i was diagnosed with that a few months ago ended up with emergency room visit could not walk at all...and went to doctor and had mri done...got better since but I will have these flare ups for the rest of my life and wife is the one that does all the taking me to doctor etc when it happens on and off again...any info would be helpful and appreciated...I don't have much paperwork on my said condition but I can maybe go back to my doctor to get some paperwork to show them...thank you visa journey land ...

Timeline

Get a doctor's letter. Have the doctor mention in the letter specifically what it is and how it prevents you to walk, sleep, etc. From there you can try arguing that you need your spouse around you at all time so you can accomplish some basic tasks around the house, etc.
