Two social security # cards?

So I'm not sure what is the appropriate step to do, but I do have a favor I'd pick one over the other but I should really find out what's going on behind this and what can I do or should I do.

 

A while back I had been posting in a thread about trying to get a SSN here. If you wanna read it, go ahead. 

TLDR: Couldn't get it on first visit, went to different office on second visit and it went through. However I did sent a complaint about the first office visit, but didn't get anything back saying how Social Security Card will be processed.

So here the main content of this post.
Few weeks ago we got my Husband's Social Security Card. We are all excited and yay'ing about. Put the drive in forward, we used the SSN for things like health insurance, bank, etc. you name it.
Now notice this SSN card have the note saying "social security card valid for work only with DHS authorization". We found it normal.

Now a few days ago I was checking the informed delivery and it was saying we get another mail from SSA and it looked like another social security card. Well, it didn't show up until like 3 days later, we still get suspicious about it and hopefully no one tries to compromise it (Our mail person can be questionable at times, or it could be a different person who driving... who knows.)
Then the mail finally came. It's another social security card BUT with different social security number and it says "NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT". Obvious enough, can't be used for any loan if there is no payment through this card number, right? Haha.

So the thing is, I would like to keep the first one we got but I would like some input from all of you guys before I make the call, as we can know anyone on the phone line can somehow accidentally screw us up and I think I'd prefer to visit in person to carefully make sure what we're doing is ok.

AOS RFIE: Sept. 28 - got in mail by Oct 3. [They lost my Husband's Birth Certificate] - Sent back AOS RFIE: Oct 16 2019, at office by Oct 17.
AOS Case update notice on April 9th, 2020, waiting for mail. - Interview date: Scheduled as of July 15, date is August 19. Passed the interview!

My Husband got his GC! 2 Year Conditional Green Card expires 08/19/2022, Residence since 08/19/2020

Somehow I didn't update.

 

Went in and turn in the recent one and as well gave them a copy of the AOS Action of Notice 1, they did needed that back. We also mentioned we never used it so it all went well.
