Timeline

We are new members and created our timeline a couple of weeks ago. We were wondering how do you get added to the list of timeline stats (see below)?

I believe it’s automated, but doesn’t include DCF by the looks of it

You have listed yourselves as DCF, which you are not if you are going through the Nebraska service center. That’s why you are not on the list.

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

Actually, I can confirm that our immigration lawyer submitted our petition to USCIS and it ended up to Service Centre in Nebraska where it will be processed.

Should we receive the approval for I-130, it will be coming from Nebraska. 

My husband and I live in Canada and will go through the Consulate here.
