I-134 confusion

Hi,

I would like to ask wether is it ok to use the downloaded form of I-134 rather then using the one in packet 3?( I havent recieved packet 3 yet ).

Because right now Im using the downloaded I-134 form for sponsor and co-sponsor (just in case). So once I get packet 3 my usc fiancee can just printed out and mailed me the forms + supporting documents needed.

If no.. do I actually have to send the I-134 forms ( from packet 3) to my usc fiancee, got it signed and he mailed it back to me? This will take more times even if I use express mail.
