DS-160 CEAC Applicant ID says "No Status" but Case Number says "Ready"

Anyone know why this is?

Are they aware of the DS-160 that was submitted for my fiance?

Is this normal or a problem that I should bring up to the embassy?

Immigrant visa unit doesn't "use" the DS-160, you have to track process with the case file #  .    DS-160 is a non-immigrant form

You have to fill out the DS-160 to apply for the K-1 visa though. So how will they know which DS-160 goes with which K-1 application? DS-160 doesn't ask for the case number...
