i 751 pending and filing divorce

hello  i  have been married since 2015 and file my gc 2016 and received my conditional 2017 

since 2019 me and my wife are arguing over his baby father who is not paying child support or helping us any financial support  

for her 3 kids .

i wa financial abused mentally  and financially  drained and my  safety was threathened 

all the time me and my wife arguing or i caught her cheating 

she brings me now you got your gc like blakmail 

and she start saying trump gonna get you  ...

and now .

i have all evidence like the pics the finances and the medical documents about the misscarriage she did .

the mnarriage is real and we been together for 6 years 

 

do i have to wait ti get my 10 years green card to file diviorce  ?

or do i have to file divorce to stay in the safe side with uscis ....

You can file for divorce anytime.
