After 4 years of having my hair locked - I cut them.

For Disney? hahahaha, NO.

I found a summer job that pays me twice as much and it's teaching - so that is good.

My hair is actually not that short - and its soft...hahaha - weird.

I have been wanting to do this for about 6 months but didn't have the 'balls' to do it.

And I wanted my hair to grow out a bit more.

Haha, it did take guts - and one of my best friends offering to do it. (She has dreads for the second time and cut hers years ago so she knew what she was doing although she does not have caucasian hair).

My husband had never seen my hair w/out dreads - and yes, they were natural. I liked them too, but am ready for a change - and kind of missed my straight, soft hair...

The new job is good and part time. I'm still a teacher but the school year is out for the summer (because I live in Florida) until August and so now is the time to make some extra cash.
