I think it takes about 1-2 weeks to get noa1 after I filled it.My noa1 letter came with the letter to access the online account.So what is your case number in the letter you got after text message?

I'm filing I-130 mine start with IOE im in Potomac i havent receieved my NOA1 I got my text but not my hard copy with access code and i got my text 10/11

I think you need to call to USCIS. I've heard that Potomac is really fast.

yes they called me this morning but now it won't let me set up it says DOB i put mine then i tried the others and I'm locked out now smh
