Yes they do, they must ask all questions since you will be signing in front of the officer under oath and under penalty of perjury that everything is true and correct.

Ok thanks . Do u know where I can find my application , I don’t think I was save it when I fill up.

They can ask questions from any part of N-400, surely yes and no questions.
