Working on i129f Question About 38.a-38.h

Hello,

My fiancee entered the USA on a J1 visa in 2017. We both left the US together when I went to the UK with him to study abroad.

Therefore he is currently not in the US. In parts 38.a-38.h it says fill this out if the beneficiary is currently in the US.

This is not relevant to us, right? We are currently apart with him in the UK.

I'm double checking as line 38.a asks how he or she last entered.

Thanks!

Not relevant unless currently inside the USA
