Interpreter at K-1 interview?

Hello, I was curious if at the k1 visa interview they would provide an interpreter for my fiance. Though she does speak a little English obviously she is much more capable of answering in detail in Vietnamese. Are interpreters available for this? Or must her answers be in English. The interview will be in the Ho chi Minh consulate. Thank you.

She will be given the option to have her interview conducted in English or Vietnamese.  There's no need for an interpreter.

Correct.  No need to provide your own as the consulate will provide an embassy interpreter in the event the interviewing officer does not speak the local language

YMMV
