Does anyone know what’s going on with the timeline in London. For I-130’s. The last time they updated the website timeline was June 28th.  I’m assuming they were off for the 4th of July but it wasn’t updates last week. They were getting semi close to when we sent ours in back on the 28th so I’m thinking we should be up soon.

Impatiently waiting over here....🙄🙄🙄🙄

Yeah, same question here.
They've not yet gotten to ours yet, and our NOA1 date was June 4th.

Oh good to know. Ours was June 11th. But surely they should be close to June by now!!  Before the stopped updating it they were going pretty quickly through them it seemed.

Waiting patiently for update keep refreshing the browser on US website  my filing date is 16th May was 13 days off 3 weeks ago so everything crossed will hear very shortly :)

I wonder what’s taking so long!!  Before they stopped updating it, it looked like they were getting through 10-14 days worth of petitions every time they updated it each Friday. Then I submitted ours and it feels like it’s suddenly stopped!!

If if you were may 16th and haven’t heard, surely ours is going to take a while longer since our NOA1 was the 11th of June 😞

It looks like they posted an update on the estimate!

Quick question to you guys who did this in London, my husband in from Newcastle and I’m a US citizen but I live in Spain would you recommend doing this st the London office or the Barcelona Office?

I don't think you qualify for the same route. What we're doing, and I suspect most people in this thread, is not precisely DCF, but making use of the USCIS field offices. ( https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/petition/submit-a-petition/filing-petitions-outside-the-us.html) Note that these are closing before 2020, and this route will cease to exist. After that, there will likely only be the DCF which requires exceptional circumstances

As far as I understand, since Spain does not have a field office, you cannot file your I-130 there directly unless there are exceptional circumstances. And you cannot use the U.K. USCIS field office since you're not a resident of the U.K.. I'm happy to be corrected by others, but based on that information I don't believe you qualify for DCF, and might need to file with the lockbox.

Oh thank you for checking that!  I wonder if they all took vacations or something. Goodness I thought my June 11th NOA1 would have been done by now!!  Let’s hope they start working double time so that we can get moving on these!!!

A new update came through, but they're still on May 8th.

Seems like there's been no real progress in the past weeks then. Let's hope it's not to do with the USCIS offices closing...

Omg I know!!!!  I’m beginning to feel worried!  But surely they wouldn’t have taken our payments if that were the case. Or they’d surely have posted for people not to send them in to the London office then right?
