Waiting on I-601A approval

Timeline

Nov 13 2018 USCIS received our fingerprint fee and Dec 12 was biometrics tomorrow will be 8 months anyone else on the same bout so eager to know how long its taking USCIS

Its wierd.  We had our interview appt scheduled for may 31 even though our 601a wasnt approved.  Our lawyer sent our nvc paperwork while waiting for the 601a so we wouldnt waste time. When we called nvc they told us to reschedule and wait for the 601a. Depending on where ur interview is.  Its usually only a month wait or two wait for an interview

oh wow and my lawyer said we had to wait for the approval before sending any paperwork to NVC all we have done is the Ds 260 she doesn’t want to do anything else yet

Can you kindly give your details regarding i130 when did you file and when did you receive approval? And after how long you filed for i601 A waiver.

Hi of course I-130 was the first to be filed which was August 8 2017 and approved February 24th 2018 and after gathering all sponsor and hardship papers lawyer filed I-601A in November 2018

Now one of the most important documents was the medical evaluation report which proves hardship
