How Long RFE From Texas Response? Experience.

That depends on your exact circumstances. In my case, I did three RFE's with 60 and then 30 and 30 days to respond. Because I had premium processing, they had to respond in 15 calendar days which they did.

When the embassy sent my petition back it took 270 approx days plus a congressional enquiry before getting an NOIR. The response to that took 22 days plus 6 days transit in post. Processing of the NOIR was supposed to be 30 days, but mid May they said within six months of the letter receipt. That six month was up last Friday 12th July. I'm currently on day 136 and waiting on another congressional.

No worries. It is what it is. Just battling though. I would say my case is an outlier rather than usual.

Like someone else said, it must depend on the individual case.

Case was transferred to Tx

Got an RFE

Responded back

Got the NOA in one week

Got the reviewed and approved in 3 weeks (since submitting RFE)
