Case Was Returned To USCIS By The Executive Office of Immigration Review

Any updates on this?

"On July 05, 2019, the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) returned your case, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXXX, to a USCIS office for review. We will notify you of our action within 60 days of the EOIR decision."

 

I see this on my I-485 application.

was your case denied and you appealed to EOIR? On what grounds?

It wasn't denied and didn't appeal. I just applied my I-485 last April 2019, I did bio-metric in Mid- May 2019, waiting my EAD.  Meanwhile,when I checked my uscis online case states, I just got the above message. It is strange.

Then it is a mistake.

Silly thing, I am naturalized USA citizen since April 5, 2019 (almost 4 months ago) and I just got the USA passport last week for my underage daughter, which means she got the citizenship with me. Today I received and email telling me that and action was taken on my  removal of conditions case and it comes exactly with the same text you are talking about here reason why I came to do research on the forum. I wouldn't be worry now as it seems clearly an unrelated mistake. All my naturalization process was here in Texas.
