Is there a way to track your passport application? I have applied for a passport and card and also sent my naturalization certificate. They say i will receive 3 separate letters or mails. Where do i track this info or obtain tracking numbers?

You can track your passport status here:

There's also a VJ forum of people tracking their PP + naturalization certificate:

Hope that helps!

Did you sign up for email notification? They'll send email updates and tracking number for the passport book.

No tracking for the passport card and naturalization certificate but they did show up on USPS Informed Delivery as mail  from Portsmouth, NH (passport card) and mail with no image (nat cert). In my case the passport card came 2 days after passport book. The nat cert came 2 days after passport card. I did expedited processing.
