I did my medicals in April 2019, and will file for AOS end of July.
Apparently the medicals are valid for up to a year ?

How do i go about sending in my medicals info that i did in my country in april or will the uscis already have it from the sealed envelope I gave at the POE?

You submitted them at your POE and they will be sent to DHS for storage in your A-file.

With I485, you submit a photocopy of your personal copy of the DS3025 and then you will bring your copy to the interview as backup.
