Filing N-400 under the 3 year rule question

@wbeem Makes sense. So do you think I would be safe saying NO to that question? 

 

I makes super sense in my head since the first time I visited, the second time I came on a work and travel program for 4 months and then return back to Romania and 8 MO later I moved (on K-1 visa) to the US.

 

Same thing with the Address and Employment 

Will fill online.

It makes sense. I’ll take my passport to the interview and I’m prepared to explain how I answered that one. 

 

For employment and addresses I actually completed the full 5 years back because that kind of backs up the period of residence. 

 

All of this is actually applicable based on the date from which your first GC was valid, where it says Resident Since. 

 

I think the question in rhe form is just badly worded because it doesn’t give consideration to the three year rule.
