My income last year was 16thousand as I worked only for 6 months now it’s below poverty to sponser my husband. So my co sponser should be from same state where I live or can be from any state? For Texas income should be atleast 21 thousand per year, if I have 30thousand dollars in my account, can I show my last 12 months bank statement as proof of assets? And what if I failed to file tax for the recent year? Will it be a problem for NVC. I am sorry for too many questions but I am desperately looking for answers, thank you

Your cosponsor should be from the same state as you preferably.
