NOA2 received with a approval date of 11th May 2019, but case status on USCIS is still showing as case received, not approved is this correct? 

 

NVC still not received petition would this be related to the case status?

 

Any suggestion on what you do now?

It's not at all uncommon for one or both of the USCIS web sites to not update with your petition status.

If you've got a paper NOA2 letter, your petition was in fact approved.

 

Six weeks or so is a long time since NOA2 but not unheard of. Not much you can do but call them every few days. It wouldn't be at all surprising for them to acknowledge receipt of your case on one day, assign a case number a few days later, and have your petition end up in the next shipment after a long delay.
