Hi All

We received a I-797 approval for an EB3 petition with the NOA approval on May 10th 2019. Checked with NVC today and they don't have a case number yet. When checking on the USCIS status page it says the following:

Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received
On May 6, 2019, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXX Our Nebraska Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

Should I be concerned that the USCIS online page hasnt been updated to say approved?

Update *******

Just wanted to give an update in case anyone else is in the same kind of situation

My case status was updated on Jul 3 to "Case Was Sent To The Department of State". Almost 2 months after the NOA Approval on May 10th. So for people who are waiting for a case number from NVC for a while, there is a good chance that USCIS has not yet sent the case
