i have Green Card by marrying a US citizen
My wife is the main sponsor and there is a joint sponsor 
My wife applied medical insurance (medicaid) for her and our baby when she was pregnant
I did not applied it to them but they needed my papers, such as income, green card and passport , medicaid was for one year and we didn't renewal it because we didn't know the law .
After 6 months I will be applying for citizenship but I am very worry 
is medicaid effect citizenship 
What do you recommend before applying for citizenship?

There is no "public charge" bar to receiving naturalization in the United States.
