So my i601 waiver got approved, and was called by the US embasy a week later to go online and schedule my interview date.

They keep asking for a case ID # and im guessing thats the NVC case #. But when i put that in it keeps saying it cannot be found.

I have emailed the embassy about the issue. Idk when they will get back to me. Has anyone encountered this issue?

Am I using the wrong info?

I have been trying for 2 days now.

Please see the attached photo. Thas what it keeps saying when I put in my NVC case number

I believe your case ID is the NVC Case Number it starts with 3 upper case letters followed by 10 numbers. Mine starts with ALG because my case is in Algeria.

If there are any extra numbers at the end of the id, like 01, you need to remove them.  Take a look at how many numbers it has, and try again.
