Good day/evening,

I'm set to fly next week and I'll just go with what everyone here advices me to do to just ignore about the tear on my visa packet. I've already made a cut big enough to get my passport with k1 visa.

My old passport was still inside, still wrapped in another plastic, that old passport was asked from me by the preliminary Filipina consul during my interview, I have my tourist visa in that passport and I know that that is already invalid. Now my question is, should I also get that old passport from inside the packet or do I just let the immigration office from POE do that?

TIA.

YMMV

Yes for sure take the old passport out, and keep it safe (odds are no one will ask for it again, but never know).

POE does not want your old passport.
