NVC Lost Accepted Documents on CEAC

Our documents were accepted and we were happily waiting for the CC email. Instead, we got an email stating that the sponsors do not meet income requirements. On calling NVC, they told me they do NOT see any paystubs or employment proof even though I can clearly see them marked as "Accepted" on my end. So I had to re-upload the already accepted documents since they somehow lost/deleted them. Did this happen to anybody else here? Next 3 weeks are going to be fun!
