Hello I just have some quick questions, does anybody know what to put in I-130 form  Question Part 4. Information About Beneficiary (CONTINUED) 61.a to 62.c

I am confuse on this part. What to put in here?

2. I put my employment status as UNEMPLOYED (coz I AM) will that affect my petition? (I'm petitioning my mom) by saying affect meaning (the probability of my application to be approve is low)

Thank You All and have a blessed day!

61.a.b Is only filled out if the beneficiary lives in the US.  If you don't, just write in N/A on 61.a

62.abc If beneficiary lives overseas, write in the nearest city the US embassy or consulate near you.  If beneficiary lives in the US, you would just write N/A in the blanks.

If you are the sponsor, and you are unemployed, you will need to prove you meet the poverty guidelines, or have more than sufficient assets to be able to sponsor your mother.  If you can't meet the income requirements, you will need a co-sponsor who does meet the financial guidelines.

How do you plan to meet the minimum income required to sponsor an immigrant without a job?

Thank you so  much for the help. I am going to use my husband as my co-sponsor I didn't think about it. I appreciate your reply. God bless
