this is the normal procedure when the documents are submitted, now the NVC will check if all documents are correct, for example nothing is missing or if a document was sent upside down etc.

they will ask you to resubmitt , if all is well, it may take from 3 weeks to 3 month to get a reply from NVC for an interview.

Thank you. What happens if a document is rejected. Will it take ages for them to look at it again?

actually this happened to me, after i submitted my documents on may 3, i received on may 20 that one document was upside down, i corrected it.

that was 10 days ago and still i have not received anything from NVC.

by asking around, i was told by people with past experience, that it varies on the time it takes, some people said that if resubmitted documents will take more time,

because at NVC  they will have to check them again.

It's just happened to us lol a document was rejected so we have to upload it again. He didn't use a type writer or write with ink on the aos form he typed on it from the computer. we didn't realise that would have caused problems and now we wait again lol

Is the problem coming from the signature page of the form?

He filled the form out using like a word document on the computer and then he signed it virtually. Not realising it would be rejected. So his now doing the form again in handwriting and then he'll upload it again. I really didn't think it would be an issue. But we were wrong lol
