Good evening all,

I' m a US citizen and need to bring my mom to live with me in the USA. I have few questions regarding the Form I-130:

1- Part2. 30a: should i put my dad's informations even he is deceased.

2- Part3 . 14 : do i need to put my phone# or my mom phone#

3- Part 4. Do I need to put informations abt my mom marriage even my dad is deceased or no

4- Part 5. Here i got confused. They are asking abt if you ever filed for other alien. Actually I filed for my 2 brothers and still in process. So my question is should I check yes or no . And regarding 6.a : should I put my brothers information or not.

Thanx a lot.
