NBI written explanation

My dad had his interview on May 24th but before that they asked him to go to NBI for Quality Control interview. He went on Tuesday and after NBI interview they told them that they are gunna send it to USEM.After USEM interview, how do we know if they received his written letter and when can we send his passport back to uSEM???.. please help!..

Monitor ceac for updates.   They should email when they are ready for the passport

Does the embassy have an email address, or phone #, to contact you or your dad ?   They should contact you about sending the passport
