how can we contact US representative for an update

hi guys we emailed embassy to request an update after submitting additional documents its almost 60 days since we sent documents via aramex, they do not reply we just receive auto message, we just want to contact florida us representative to request for an update from embassy, how can we do that ? i know US representative can do nothing, but they can receive an update after inquiry..

all the congressman will get is a copy of the last notice they sent u and tell you the embassy is doing additional work on your case

USC needs to sign a release form and congressman can contact them but you are right,  he/she can not help and can not find out anymore than you already know

Was the additional documents a ds5535?

Was the additional documents a ds5535?

No only to submit new version of birth certificate and criminal records with my passport via aramex which I already did in march. Then was required to upload my first marriage certificate which I already uploaded. What is release form ? How can I get it ?

they cannot access your personal information without that form

I found on US representative website of Florida its immigration privacy release form we will fill it and fax it, the form is permission to access to our case also we have to attach ids and notice of action form , thank you adil

they should have given you this ID for inquirys after the interview

they never give me this id, the only one was on yellow slip ivcasablanca@state.gov

yeah,  i came across the other quite by accident from another going thru this AP

Hello guys I have the same situation I had the interview the last 16 may 2019 and they told me to submit additional documents court and police record by aramex and upload them again  lol the Moroccan officer told me not to worry it's easy step but apparently it's seems like that's not the case
