NVC only accepting some of submitted documents

Hi, I found out last Monday that NVC has been accepting some of my AOS documents and reject my I-864 form because of an issue with the format and they ask me to resubmit it again. However, on my civil documents part they haven't assessed any of it yet and it's been 2 days since their first contact.

 

Is it normal for them to review the AOS docs and Civil docs on a different time?  I'm just anxious because I've submitted both parts on the same day.
