Hello;

Our Case began in 2011 when my wife start the process as Petitioner, I m the beneficiary and the visa was issued but I was denied at US consulate Interview here in Morocco saying to offer more evidence of the support of the petition;our marriage is true and honest  ;we got married in 2009 and we still married until now in 2019. My wife lives with me here and I take care of her. My wife is US citizen born in the US .My question is : my wife can she start a new petition again since she live here or she have to be there in US ?what the right process in this case ? Could you confirm if the visa was issued then later got revoked?

 

Anyway, it seems to be temporary refused and for 10 years of being married, you guys should be able to provide a lot of evidences. Just collect and provide what the consulate asked for, submit and wait for their response. 

 

If you guys start new petition and let this one really die, the issue will probably come up again for the new petition anyway.

  Just to be extremely clear,    which happened  ,  it makes a big difference in advise 

 

 

1   there was a petition for you that got approved in the US and sent to the consulate but at your interview they didn't trust your relationship and denied you .  

 

2  the petition was approved your went the the interview and you got a visa in your passport that was later revoked .

  OK  in that case you should have a lot of evidence now that you have lived together for an extended time.  Your wife would need enough income to sponsor you or have someone will to co sponsor

Can we get a sponsor from my wife family member to join it with the applications ? Can we file again here with normal applications files petition and send it to USCIS or we have to hire athorney ? Thank u alot

  You should be able to file yourself,  you have the prior denial but that doesn't seem major,  your co sponsor can be any US resident citizen or permanent resident that makes enough income to cover you and their own family per the guides ( also any other person they sponsored if they have )

We have strong evidences that our mariage is honest. One of her family said he can be a sponsor. So can we file applications from here in morocco and send it to USCIS ? Do we have to join sponsor documents with those files ? Thanks+++

I just checked now with our USICS pietition number online and i found this MSG ,what that mean?de we have to contact them again?
