It says on https://www.visajourney.com/content/assembly not to use Acco clips for the Chicago lockbox (" Use ACCO fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated. Exception: Petitions filed at the Chicago lockbox should use paperclips when attaching supporting personal documents to forms instead of “ACCO” fasteners; staples are acceptable when attaching fees.") Just wondering why it says this? On the USCIS website (https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips) it just says: "Use fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions." Also, I'm not sure paperclips are going to be enough - if we can't use Acco clips, what have others used? Rubber bands?

Don't sweat the small stuff.  I used both paper and acco in my filing
