I would like to know if after fulfilling the punishment of 10 years outside Usa you need forgiveness? citizen asking husband out of usa . Thank you

I think once you have served a 10 year ban outside of the US, you are free to apply to enter the US. I do not think you need to request a special forgiveness.

If you don't already have an approved I-130 petition then submit the I-130 packet: https://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 Remember to keep foreign passport stamps, etc. that prove the date he left the US in case they request it in the consular phase.

The same I think but I would like opinions. There are still a few months to complete those 10 years so I will initiate the I 130 petition. Thank you!
