hi VJ family,

Regarding CSPA, Any experts in CSPA .. My husband is being petition by her mom,  so we are included under F31 visa category.

Please help me compute if my son is also qualified for CSPA and what forms should i submit if any.

F31 Visa  derivative family

Date of Birth: Nov. 21, 1998

Priority Date: March 17, 1997

Petition Aproved: August 1, 2019

Visa Bulletin: July 1, 2019

Interview Date: Sept. 9, 2019

Reasons: 221g administrative processing

You've made a mistake.  There is no way that the I-130 petition was approved on August 1, 2019 and you had an interview 6 weeks later.

What are the first four numbers after the first three letters in your NVC case number?

The PD became current before your son's 21st birthdate, so he's eligible for a visa.  CSPA locked his age in.  There's no form that you can file or need to file.

You are going through AP which is a black hole.  No one can tell you when it will end.
