Civil documents acceptance?

Hi,

I have a question regarding the electronic submission through the CEAC website.

We have uploaded the civil documents today (still working on the I-864) and I see the word "Submitted" on the civil documents section.

Will the NVC staff start looking into those documents even if the I-864 documents are not submitted yet? Will they change the status to "accepted" instead of the current "submitted" status?

Thanks in advance for your responses.
