Wife will have a H1, what can I do to gain a working visa?

One last question; if a US employer hired my wife in their UK sector for a year then transferred us out, I assume we would be able to come on an L1 at that point (She will be at Director level)? 

If all requirements for the L were to be met and the company was willing to do it, sure. Is this something she’s discussed with them?

She hasn't yet but it is something we will put forward once/if we get there. They seem flexible with remote working & have offices near us in the UK.
