Hi everyone!

My question is, when NVC receives or processes something like the AOS of IV fee payment, can we actually find this out thru the NVC automated voice response service?

Our AOS and IV fee payments were both sent overnight to NVC on May 16 via usps, but until now, the IVR still does not update or change. It still says about the IV fee bill generation?

Any one who has the same experience?

I know that the AOS payment doesn't show up on the automated phone service: we talked to an operator for that. I'm not sure about the IV bill as we haven't reached that part of the process yet :)
