The current PD for your category will be Oct. 1, 2007 according to the May 2019 Visa Bulletin.  It may be another 2-3 years before your PD becomes current.

No one can predict future movements in the Visa Bulletin.

Thank you. I guess i still need to wait for a few more years but gladly no more 5 to 10 years of waiting, haha! Time flies so fast. Hoping for a faster movement under my category and for other categories. :)

@aaron2020 how accurate the US immigration planner? Do you have any idea or so? Thank you

No idea what that planner is. Sounds like an oxymoron. 😆

There are some calculators out there that use a category's historical information to try to predict future progression. However, past performance is never a strong guarantee of the future. There's no way at all to know how many people in line ahead of you will actually get a visa - some won't pursue the visa, some may have married over the years, some may be inadmissible, some may have child derivatives, etc. A category that historically progressed 8 months annually on average could advance only a couple months this year, or even regress.

Just keep watching the visa bulletin. You'll get there eventually.
